Science has always been central to my life, fueled by deep curiosity and a passion for discovery. I hold a PhD in Biotechnology from NIT Warangal where I developed therapeutics for Leishmania. My work spans small molecules, antibodies, and vaccines. Currently, as a Michael Smith Health Research Trainee at UBC, I focus on creating mutation-resilient therapeutics for SARS-CoV-2 using molecular biology and protein biochemistry. I serve as an Associate Editor for Heliyon: Microbiology and serve on the editorial board of The Microbe. I believe the fusion of diverse disciplines is where science becomes most powerful and most beautiful.
